THE IMPORTANT DETAILS
How this website works, what happens to your information, and where to turn if you need help.
Last updated: 30 October 2026
ENJOY TURBO LTD is responsible for the personal data described here. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 12904258, at The Barn Chestnut Farm Goredike Bank, Gorefield, Wisbech, England, PE13 4NH. Contact data@enjoyturbo.uk about privacy, or support@enjoyturbo.uk for support.
This website does not have accounts, forms, advertising or visitor analytics. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as IP addresses and request details to deliver and protect the site. If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. Please share only what is needed for your enquiry.
We use enquiry information to answer questions, provide support and resolve issues. Where necessary to fulfil a contract with you, or take steps you request before a contract, we rely on that lawful basis. For general enquiries and site security, we rely on our legitimate interests in helping customers and keeping our service secure. We also process information where required by law. If we ask for consent for a separate optional purpose, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Telephone support has not launched. We plan to use Twilio for calls and ElevenLabs for an AI assistant that answers basic FAQs. The assistant will identify itself and explain the call’s data handling before asking for order details. Email will remain an alternative.
During a call, the assistant may need an order email address or shipping tracking ID. These details would be processed to help with the enquiry; they are personal data even when used only temporarily. Our intended setup is to keep only the caller’s number and a brief support note, excluding those order identifiers. We intend not to retain audio recordings or full transcripts, or use call content to train AI models. We will confirm the providers’ settings and update this notice before telephone support starts.
The assistant will not request passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal information. It is not intended to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
We use hosting and email providers to operate this website and respond to enquiries. Twilio and ElevenLabs are the planned telephone and AI providers. Information is shared only as needed for the relevant service, with authorised people and providers, or where disclosure is legally required. We do not sell personal data.
Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where a restricted international transfer is needed, we will use an applicable UK adequacy arrangement or appropriate contractual safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum, as relevant. You can ask us for information about applicable safeguards.
We keep routine email enquiries while dealing with them and delete them within nine days after they are closed. The planned policy for saved caller numbers and support notes is also deletion within nine days after an enquiry closes. Records needed for a specific legal obligation or dispute may be kept longer, limited to what is necessary for that purpose. Providers may separately retain technical, security or billing records under their own applicable obligations; the nine-day period is not a promise that every provider record disappears at the same time.
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its use, receive a portable copy, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email data@enjoyturbo.uk. We may need to verify your identity and will normally respond within one month. Rights can be subject to legal exceptions.
You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. You do not have to contact us first. We will update this notice if our service or data handling changes.
